Mad River Coffee Roasters The only coffee we serve at the Colonel Spencer Inn for breakfast since 2006. Here at Mad River Roasters theye craft-roast small batches of the finest beans from around the world. The beans are blended in unique and creative ways to bring out the best of every bean. Awarded “Best Coffee Shop in the White Mountains” by NH Magazine 2011.
Polar Caves The Polar Caves were formed about fifty thousand years ago as the third continental glacier descended over New Hampshire’s White Mountains. When the ice retreated, it left behind an amazing series of caves and passageways for visitors to explore. Self-guided tours take you to the rock garden and nature trails and through the caves.
Six Burner Bistro is located located in an 1850's farmhouse on South Main Street in Plymouth, NH. The dining room is intimate with a cozy wood burning fireplace and our pub is quaint with outdoor seating in nice weather. Their amazing chef Rob uses locally raised beef and shops daily for the freshest produce gathered from farms in the Plymouth area.
