Our Breakfast

At Colonel Spencer Inn, our guests can get an early start to the day before heading out to discover our beautiful region with our full homemade country breakfast, featuring fresh New Hampshire local products when available, fresh baked muffins, pancakes, french toast, quiche, omelettes, juices, homemade granola, local NH maple syrup and the freshest custom roasted coffee in the area. Breakfast served from 8-9:30 am, and fresh coffee available from 6:30 am for early risers.
